Golden Plains Walking Trail

 
A half mile walking trail was built in the fall of 2013 east of the elementary school with donations from the community and a grant from the Kansas Wildlife and Parks in a joint effort between the Golden Plains School and the City of Selden along with the commitment of the Golden Plains Walking Trail Committee. This provides an off-the-street paved area for community members to relax and exercise safely.
